? Step-by-Step Troubleshooting
1. Verify Audio Output Settings
Press the Settings button on your remote.
Navigate to All Settings > Sound > Sound Out .
Select Internal TV Speaker if you're using the TV's built-in speakers.
2.Check if the cable connection to the speaker has slipped out.
In case of optical cable connection, check the condition of optical cable connection.
3. Check Volume and Mute Settings
Ensure the TV volume is turned up and not muted.
Press the Mute button on your remote to toggle the mute setting.
Verify that the volume indicator on the screen responds when you adjust the volume.
4. Check if the Quiet mode is enabled.
If the Quiet mode is running, then as shown in the following figure, the speaker will show an × mark on it.
5. Check if the input mode is set properly.
When you connect an optical cable, press the [F] or [Func] button to set it to OPTICAL.
When you connect a Bluetooth device, press the [F] or [Func] button to set it to BLUETOOTH.

6. Inspect HDMI and Audio Cables
Ensure all HDMI and audio cables are securely connected.
Try using a different HDMI cable or port to rule out a faulty connection.
For optical connections, make sure the cable is properly inserted and not damaged.
7. Factory Reset the TV
Note: This will erase all settings and preferences.
Press the Settings button on your remote.
Navigate to All Settings > General > Reset to Initial Settings.
Follow the on-screen instructions to reset the TV.
A factory reset can resolve persistent software-related audio issues.
